MICHELIN® X-Ice® Snow – Winter tire designed for Cars, SUVs and Luxury Performance

The MICHELIN® X-Ice® Snow is the ultimate winter tire for driving on snow and ice. It delivers excellent winter traction for your luxury performance car, minivan, SUV or crossover. It offers shorter ice and snow stopping distances thanks to the exceptional grip provided by two types of full-depth 3D sipes. The result is an increased claw effect. Its long-lasting tread and biting edges will keep you safe and confident for many winters to come.

This tire doesn’t rely on studs or aggressive-looking tread to help you grip the road. Instead, it’s tread elements offer two types of full depth sipes with complementary traction effects. It’s notched sipes provide many biting edges to enhance traction in rough conditions. And the sipes with variable thickness further aid traction for an efficient contact patch, giving you control on packed snow and clear roads equally.

This tire is firm enough for stability on wet and dry roads at higher temperatures and flexible enough to provide enhanced snow and ice traction in lower temperatures. For winter’s ever-changing forecast, the X-Ice® Snow will give you confidence all season long. And based on specifications, it can accommodate a wide variety of cars, from most passenger vehicles, compacts, mid-size sedans, coupes CUVs and SUVs.

• Two types of 3D sipes for exceptional grip
• Increased claw effect on snow and ice
• Long-lasting biting edges
• Better hydroplaning than its predecessors

• Enhanced snow & ice evacuation
• Tread block rigidity for optimized acceleration, braking and cornering
