SMOG INSPECTION & REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Jackson's Service Center is currently seeking a Smog Inspection & Repair Technician to become an integral part of our team!
Job duties will include performing Smog Check Inspections on both a BAR 97 Machine and an OBD II Inspection System (OIS); as well as performing smog related repairs.
Qualifications
-
CA Smog Inspection & Repair License required
-
3+ years as a mechanic
-
Valid CA Driver’s License and a clean driving record

Possess the skills necessary to properly diagnose and repair Smog Check Inspection failures

Should possess the proper hand tools necessary to perform diagnosis and repairs

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC

Jackson's Service Center is currently seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities
-
Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment
-
Perform inspections, repairing, and replacing mechanical parts and components
-
Front-end mechanics, diagnosing, and preventative maintenance such as engine tune-ups, fluid exchanges
-
Be familiar with foreign and domestic vehicles
-
Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective
Qualifications
-
Valid Driver's License (Required)
-
ASE Certification or equivalent experience
-
Minimum of 2 years experience
-
Tools - as some tools may not be provided

STATION ATTENDANT

Job Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; washing tires and wheels; pumping customers gasoline and cleaning windows; testing and installing batteries, wiper blades, and vehicle lighting; periodic janitorial work; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees. Provides excellent customer service, promotes sales; greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes; and operating POS System, computer, and quoting software.

LUBE & TIRE TECH

Job Responsibilities
As a Lube & Tire Tech, you will provide preventative maintenance services on customer's vehicles. Day-to-day duties include changing oil, replacing filters, and checking fluid levels. In addition, you will be responsible for installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; testing and installing batteries, wiper blades, and vehicle lighting; using and maintenance of equipment; and assisting other employees. Provides excellent customer service, promotes sales; greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes; and operating POS System, computer, and quoting software.
